The Pajjuwasami workshop, organized by the Centre for Jain Sciences at the Jain Group of Institutions in Bangalore, was a holistic journey of self-discovery aimed at guiding participants to understand themselves more deeply through the realms of emotions, goals, society, relationships, and career. This innovative approach to Jainism, under the guidance of Sadhvi Deshna Shriji and Sadhika Dr. Pragbha Viraat, offered a modern, practical outlook on spirituality free from ritualistic practices. The workshop incorporated a blend of awareness meditation, yoga, recreational activities, and insightful knowledge-sharing to foster personal growth, balance, and clarity in the lives of its participants.
