Dr. Pragbha Viraat is a Jain Sadhika / Kshullika, a behavioral psychologist and talented motivational speaker, delivers lectures on Scriptures giving scientific, rational and practical approach which is easier to comprehend and execute by all groups. She conducts workshops, lectures on personality management, stress management, parenting & work – life balance for all age groups.

She uses advanced techniques like NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Hypnosis, etc. to engage the audience and lead them to use what they learn during her seminars so that they can create a positive lasting change in their life. Her style of delivery is simple, straight but unique to understand easily even by a common man.

Education:

She is Doctorate in Hindi Literature (Ph.D.) and holds Masters in Hindi literature, Journalism and Mass Communication.

She has worked as lecturer and Dean of Social Sciences and Humanities, in MAUJ, Jodhpur. Before that, she served as a lecturer from 2010-11 to 2014-15 at Maulana Azad University, Jawaharlal Nehru University & Shri Mahalakshmi Girls College of Jodhpur

She believes in taking life as it comes and living each moment in totality. Not binding herself with any preset goal or standard. She wants to return back to the society what she received from her beloved Gurus with her own conscience & knowledge to benefit society as much as possible. Pragbha Viraat is a Jain Sadhika/Shullika purely devout to Dev-Guru-Dharam. She represents to the modern school of Jain philosophy & believes in inculcating fresh air of thoughts, remove rotten traditions, hammer on superstitions & simplifying the definition of religion with changing times.

She explains the essence of Jainism in today’s context & presents them straight forward with reasoning & logics which makes them equally understandable even to a common or non-Jain person.

Her Gurus: Helping find herself - The Best of Givers:

The Guru is “dispeller of darkness”. A true, God-illumined guru is one who, in his attainment of self-mastery, has realized his identity with the omnipresent Spirit. Such a one is uniquely qualified to lead the seeker on his or her inward journey towards perfection. The guru-disciple relationship is the highest expression of friendship, for it is based on unconditional divine love and wisdom. It is the loftiest and most sacred of all relationships. One who partakes of this relationship is on the way to wisdom and freedom.

Her inclination towards religion was there since childhood. However, her inner questions weren’t resolved and her journey continued. She got married, had a daughter and continued to search meaning in different avenues of life. She was in search of real Guru who can resolve & satisfy to all her unresolved questions.

This inner thirst was relinquished when she met Aatmagyani Pujya Shri Virat Guruji in 2009 and her life transformed and reformed, with his blessings. With grace of Gurudev and Pujya Guruvarya Vaibhav Shri Ji ‘Aatma’ in depth spiritual secrets and hidden meaning behind scriptures were revealed to her. Her unspoken questions were answered and her spiritual journey took a leap.

Sadhika Diksha:

Renounced the material belongingness, not the society…..

“Diksha is nothing but a desire to be desire-less.” It is the only path way of liberation & starts journey towards dwelling deeper into the soul. Dr. Pragbha chooses this new best way of life in order to focus mind on soul, to attain salvation in this life or in future LIVES. To find the Truth of Life, to find the Meaning of Life & therefore she renounced the world, dedicated herself for entire life to follow the doctrines of Jainism and to follow the path suggested by LORD MAHAVIR under the esteemed guidance of revered Guruvarya Vibhavshriji “Atma” on 12th October 2016 at Mewar Bhawan, Vaashi (New Mumbai) & she became Sadhika Pragbha Viraat.

Sadhika Diksha: This is a new stream of Diksha in Jain religion wherein the purpose of diksha is to spread ideology of Jainism & preaches of her Gurus in the community through conducting religious & spiritual workshops, seminars & to give lectures throughout the country & in other countries also and therefore allowed to travel, use transport, and keep other things which are necessary to achieve the object.

She is actively involved in print and electronic media. She is an editor of various religious books published from Jai Gurudev Sahitya Jodhpur and other publications of religious and spiritual books and magazine since 2009. Presently she is the editor-in-chief of Charam Mangal monthly magazine.

Theatre:

Her contribution in the field of theatre is distinguished. She specializes in writing and directing plays which induces deep philosophical understanding of concepts of Jainism, in a light-hearted manner. She has worked for 18 years in active theatre, and is winner of Three National Awards for the Best Actress.

She has addressed the public on various social issues around the country. For last 7-8 years, she has been successfully conducting seminars and theatrical workshops for children, youths, adults & teachers to train them on personality management, relationship management and stage skills in schools, institutions, societies across country.
